A FOSTER HOME CAN BE THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LIFE AND DEATH

We cover the dog's rescue support. You provide a safe place to land

BE THEIR HERO

Sometimes the only thing standing between a shelter dog and a second chance is somewhere safe to go.

That's where YOU come in.

When you foster for Golden State Great Pyrenees Rescue & Sanctuary, you're not just giving a dog a temporary home. You're making their rescue possible.

Your home gives a guardian the chance to leave the shelter, decompress, heal, learn to trust again, and prepare for the family or working home waiting for them.

And when you foster one dog, you often help save two — the dog you welcome home and the shelter dog who gets their newly opened kennel.

YOU PROVIDE THE HOME.

WE'LL PROVIDE THE RESCUE.

TOGETHER, WE SAVE A LIFE.

You don't have to be a professional dog trainer or have a perfect setup. You just have to be willing to give a guardian a safe place to land.

A kennel can hold a dog. A foster home can change their future.

STORY: Arrived at the shelter as a stray. He is afraid and is growling at the staff and volunteers. He walks fine on a leash. He is rescue only due to URI and Kennel stress. We need to safe this boy today. We need funds to neuter him as well as his basic necessities.
