Purpose of the Dog Foster Program:

STORY: Arrived at the shelter as a stray. He is afraid and is growling at the staff and volunteers. He walks fine on a leash. He is rescue only due to URI and Kennel stress. We need to safe this boy today. We need funds to neuter him as well as his basic necessities.
